Monitor usage and manage your subscription

DoCreate offers transparent, predictable pricing based on the number of PDFs you generate each month. This page covers usage monitoring, available plans, and subscription management.

Usage Dashboard

The usage dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your PDF generation activity. You can access it from your team dashboard under Usage.

The dashboard displays:

Current period usage --- The number of PDFs generated in the current billing cycle.
Plan limit --- The maximum number of PDFs included in your current plan.
Usage history --- A chart showing your daily generation volume over the past 30 days.
Per-project breakdown --- Usage statistics split by project, so you can see which applications are driving the most volume.

Plans

DoCreate offers four plans to fit different usage levels:

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher plan:

Navigate to Billing in your team dashboard.
Click Change Plan.
Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
Confirm the change.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new plan limits apply right away, and the billing is prorated for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade to a lower plan:

Navigate to Billing in your team dashboard.
Click Change Plan.
Select the plan you want to downgrade to.
Confirm the change.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's limits until the cycle ends.

If your current usage exceeds the limits of the new plan, you will need to reduce your usage before the downgrade takes effect. Otherwise, requests beyond the new plan's limit will be rejected.

Payment Methods

DoCreate accepts credit and debit cards. You can manage your payment methods in the Billing section of your team dashboard:

Add a payment method by clicking Add Card and entering your card details.
Update your default payment method by selecting a different card from your saved methods.
Remove a payment method by clicking the delete icon next to the card. You must always have at least one active payment method on file.

Invoices

Invoices are generated at the end of each billing cycle and are available for download in the Billing section. Each invoice includes:

The billing period.
The plan name and price.
Any prorated charges from plan changes.
The total amount charged.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

When you reach the PDF generation limit for your current billing cycle, subsequent API requests will return a 429 Too Many Requests response. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit, and the upgrade takes effect immediately.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Do unused PDFs roll over to the next month?

No. Each billing cycle starts with a fresh allocation. Unused PDFs do not carry over.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Sign up for free and get 5 PDFs per month for 7 days — no credit card required. After the trial, choose a plan that fits your needs.
